About Us
Owner Bill Sanderson started his pest control career on the lower mainland in 1998 before moving to the Cowichan Valley in 2000. Working for a national company, he realized early on that the customer service approach wasn’t in line with what he believed it should be. This was one of the main reasons Bill started his own company, which gave him the ability to create his own approach to service and customer relationships.
Bill lives with his wife on their hobby farm where he is a beekeeper with approximately 10-15 colonies. He also produces maple syrup during the winter months from his stand of Big Leaf Maples.
